Is there a helium shortage?
We have had a number of customers calling to ask about supply of helium for races this year.

We are pleased to say that we have good stocks available and helium as a by-product of natural gas,  stocks are plentiful. We are still working to the 14 days that we advertise within our guide.

If you have any questions then please call us.

What is a balloon race ? money from balloons
Simply explained, it is a competition where entrants buy a balloon which has a numbered ticket attached: this balloon is then released. The buyer of the balloon that travels the furthest and has its ticket returned to the organiser is the winner.
money from balloons
The acceptable way to run a balloon race is to only release items that are biodegradable. All of our balloon Race Kits contain these items. Our balloons are made from latex which is a natural product which will break down at the same rate as an oak leaf. Click for more information

Our balloon race tickets are made of thick paper and DO NOT involve string or the use of plastic valves when attaching to the balloons.

We will even help you design the posters and entry forms free of charge. Click here to design your entry form online NOW

Red, White & Blue uses BalloonRaces.com to Launch Red, White & Blue Day

Raising money for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity/Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity and The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund.
BalloonRaces.com was pleased to be asked to organise the supply, filling and release of 250 balloons to help launch the new charity appeal. Although we normally supply the items for School's and organisations to DIY we were happy to supply a team on the day.

The combined forces charity helps the children of parents serving in the Armed Forces. The campaign raises money for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity/Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity and The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund.
